Propose the flow chart of the personnel according to the teaching, educational and social project of the establishment, in connection with the educational director.
To recruit the professionals placed under his responsibility.

3. NECESSARY COMPETENCES
Master 2 in administration/management/human resources.
Proven experience (5 to 10 years) of direction.
Unquestionable motivation for work within a structure of children.

Managerial capacities.
